Scapegoats

The Scapegoats are an up and coming four piece from north-west London.

The band formed in 2005, playing their first gig at The Pump House in Watford, late 2006. Since then they have gone on to play many famous venues such as The Water Rats (King's Cross), The Trinity (Harrow), and The Crown and Treaty (Uxbridge).

Their unique style and variety of songs bring a fresh meaning to the word music.

Their new EP - "The Home Truths" is now available to download on MySpace.

The venue is Bugbear bookings (promoters) flagship venue where many a great band have played. Check out how we are described below by the promoters:
THE SCAPEGOATS- Angsty vox and dramatic cabaret tinged rock pop...Bowie, and Suede via Radiohead. Something of the high drama cabaret Cesarians style doings too. Also get on a riffy rock tip- oddball but alluringly so.
Not sure if that is good or bad but at least they listened to our Demo.

The Scapegoats are a band with real excitement surrounding them
following their performance to a packed crowd at the Monto Water Rats
supporting the Yeti (Libertines bass players new band). They originate from
the north west of London and are renowned for their song writing, varied style
and energetic performances. They have played over 30 gigs received
coverage from local newspaper and radio.
The band includes: Jayne Whiteley (Drums & Percussion), Matt Pulford (Bass /
Vocals), Ric Whiteley (Guitar / keyboard / Vocals), Robert Moore
(Guitar /Lead Vocals).
